摘　　要：以互联网为主体的新媒体时代的兴起促使党的群众工作方式随之而转变,也使新媒体时代党的群众工作具备了新的特点。新媒体时代党的群众工作也存在着群众工作与新媒体时代发展不相适应、党的群众工作理论体系不完善、新媒体管理法规缺失等问题。探寻在新媒体时代开展群众工作的长效机制成为了亟待解决的课题。with the rise of the Internet as the main form of the new media era, the way of Party＆#39;s mass work is also changing, and the new features of the Party＆#39;s mass work Present in the new media era. There are some Problems of the Party＆#39;s mass work in the New media era . Such as the Party＆#39;s mass work does not adaPt to new media era’s develoPment, theory system of the Party＆#39;s mass work is not Perfect, lack of new media management regulations. To seek long-term mechanism working in the new media era has become a Pressing issue.
