提前介入指导服务在卫生许可工作中的实践体会

摘　　要：通过开展"优化卫生许可前期技术指导"项目,能有效提高新许可发证单位的硬件卫生水平,保证了许可工作的质量,提升了服务效能,并为卫生监督长效管理打下坚实的基础;同时还降低了服务相对人重复整改的几率,节约相对人的资源,受到服务相对人的一致拥护和赞同,产生了广泛良好的社会效益。Through carrying out the project of optimizing health license early technical guidance, exploring early intervention guidance services in health administrative license application, the new health license issuing unit＇s hardware level has been effectively improved to ensure the quality of the licensing work and the service performance enhanced, so as to lay a solid foundation for long - term management in health supervision ;. It has also reduced the chances of repeated rectification, saved relative ＇s resources. So it has unanimously supported and endorsed by the services relatives resulting a wide range of social impact. The article concluded that it is necessary to advocate and promote early intervention guidance service initiatives in the health permit work.
