摘　　要：社会保障适度水平的选择对于社会保障制度乃至经济发展的可持续性都有着尤为关键的影响。随着社会保障体系的不断改革与完善,社会保障体系未来的发展方向与效果都直接受到社会保障水平的直接影响。通过选取陕西省近十年来社会保障支出指标,运用统计学方法对陕西省社会保障水平进行具体测度后发现,虽然陕西省实际社会保障水平高于全国,但未能达到适度水平下限,因此,在现有基础上使社会保障水平逐渐步入合理适度水平范围就成为社保体系完善的必经阶段。The choice of the optimal social security level plays an important role on the sustainability of the social security system as well as economic development. With the continuous reform and improvement of the social security system,development direction and effects of social security system in the future are directly affected by the social security level directly. By choosing social security expenditure indicators of shaanxi province in nearly a decade,using statistical methods to measure the level of social security in shaanxi province,this paper found that that the level of Shaanxi province is higher than the national but failed to achieve moderate level lower limit. So the paper proposes the level of social security of Shaanxi province should be improved and finally reached into the optimal level range.
