摘　　要：中国农业企业化作为一个新生事物,它的发展不是孤立进行的,诸如农业产业化、农村工业化以及家庭联产承包责任制等因素都与中国农业企业化有着显著区别和密切联系,都对我国农业企业化的发展有着重要影响,我们应准确把握并正确处理中国农业企业化与这几大因素的关系,推动农业企业化又好又快地发展。Abstract： The development of agricultural enterprises agricultural enterprises and agricultural industrialization, in China is not isolated as a new-born thing. China rural industrialization and the household contract responsibility system have significant difference and close contact, so they will have important effect on the development of agricultural enterprises in China. We should properly handle these relations, and promote development of agricultural enterprises excellent rapidly.
