摘　　要：民办高校核心价值观建设为我国高校的发展方向提供思想指导和精神动力;为凝聚高校思想精神提供信念和内涵上的不竭源泉;为促进高校创新式发展提供强大的智力支持;为高校的校园文化建设提供丰富具体的价值尺度。民办高校核心价值观是高校校园文化的核心和灵魂,是凝聚全体校园人共同奋斗的精神动力。因此,建构高校核心价值观是高校自身发展的内在要求。Abstract： Private core values nurtured in the cultural construction of university colleges, you can expand the development of a sustainable force private universities. Private colleges and building core values conducive to nourish healthy personality, noble ideals, gave birth to the sublime spiritual culture. Private colleges universities build core values provide direction for the development of university ideological guidance and spiritual power; gather ideas for the university to provide spiritual connotation inexhaustible source of faith and; colleges and universities to promote innovation and development to provide strong intellectual support; university campus rich culture specific measure of value. Whereby the core values of private universities is the heart and soul of campus culture, unite all the people together on campus spiritual power struggle. Therefore, construction of the core values of university college is an inherent requirement of self-development.
