摘 要:针对可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱技术应用的需要,设计了一套自平衡差分探测器。该探测器结合传统差分技术,同时自带电子增益补偿机制,克服了传统差分技术中信噪比低和测量本底漂移的问题。探测速度快、灵敏度高,且电路简单,易于制作,具有很强的实用性。另外,对自平衡差分技术应用中需注意的事项,包括差分技术中光强的比例调整和光路改善问题作了说明。To meet the needs of application of tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy techniques, the article designs a set of self-balanced differential detector, which combines the traditional differential technique with the electronic gain compensation mecha-nism together. The detector overcomes the problem of low SNR and the measurement floor drift in the traditional differential techniques and achieves the certain functions of quick detection and high sensitivity, also the circuit is simple, easy to make and with high practi- cality. In addition, to make the detector working better, some attentions should be paid in the applications of self- balanced differential technique, including the ratio adjusting of light intensity and the improving of optical path.
