摘 要:设计并开发了一种用于实时监测运动状态下消防员心率、呼吸率、体温、姿态和活动强度等信息的消防员生命体征监测系统。介绍了系统的架构、功能和特点,给出生命体征信息采集终端软件和监控指挥中心软件的实现方案,并对实施过程中的关键技术如基于三轴加速度计的运动监测和基于心率和呼吸率的无氧阈值检测等进行说明。系统的实施可为指挥中心确保消防员生命安全和顺利开展灭火救援行动提供决策支撑。A vital signs monitoring system for fireman,which is used for real-time monitoring of fireman's heart rate,respiratory rate,body temperature,posture,activity intensity and other information in the motion state,was designed and developed.The structure,function and features of this system was described.The realization alternatives of the terminal software for vital signs information collection and the software used in the monitoring and command center were provided.The key technologies adopted in the implementation process,such as triaxial accelerometer-based motion detection and anaerobic threshold detection based on heart rate and respiratory rate were also theoretically analyzed.The implementation of the system will provide decision-making support for the monitoring and command center to ensure the safety of firefighters and smoothly carry out the fire fighting and rescue actions.
