摘　　要：目的70°鼻内窥镜经口腔直视下腺样体刮除术式的应用价值。方法对2011年6月至2013年9月腺样体肥大儿童，进行70°鼻内窥镜经口腔直视下腺样体刮除手术的160例患儿进行分析，年龄5～13岁，病程5个月～5年。伴慢性鼻窦炎者34例，伴扁桃体肥大者108例。结果本组160例患儿，总有效率为100％（160／160），其中扁桃体肥大者108例，治愈率为100％，慢性鼻窦炎者34例，治愈率为91．2％（31／34）、好转率为8．8％（3／34）。所有患儿术中出血少，术后均无大出血、鼻腔粘连、咽鼓管损伤、闭锁引发的渗出性中耳炎等手术并发症。结论70°鼻内窥镜经口腔直视下腺样体刮除手术治疗儿童腺样体肥大疗效肯定，值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application value of 70-degree nose endoscope through oral direct curettage of adenoids. Methods Data of 160 children cases of adenoid hypertrophy treated during June 2011 to Dec. 2013 were retrospectively reviewed. The children aged 5-13 years, with the course of disease being 5 month to 5 years, were treated with 70-degree nasal endoscope. Among them, 34 cases had chronic nasosinusitis, and 108 had tonsillar hypertrophy. Results The total effective rate for the 160 cases was 100% ; the cure rate for the 108 cases of tonsil hypertrophy was 100% ; the cure rate for the 34 cases of chronic sinusitis was 91.2% （31/34）, and the im- provement rate was 8.8% （3/34）. No complications such as bleeding, nasal cavity adhesion, injury of eustachian tube, locking caused by otitis media with effusion and adhesion of nasal cavity occurred after operation. Conclusions The 70-degree nose endoscope through oral direct curettage of adenoids in children is effective and worth clinical promotion.
