熊式辉与战时江西妇女工作:以江西省妇女指导处为中心

摘　　要：1939年9月,江西省妇女生活改进会奉江西省政府命令,改组成立江西省妇女指导处,妇女工作纳入政府行政机构。作为新运妇指会中唯一纳入政府行政机构的组织,江西省妇女指导处的成立与江西省当时复杂的政治形势密切相关,为此,熊式辉将妇女工作置于江西省政府控制之下。随着江西省政府社会处及各县社会科陆续成立,江西省妇女指导处最终被裁撤,妇女工作并入社会处。In September 1939,the Women’s Lives Improvement Committee is restructured by the Jiangxi provincial government,the Women’s Advisory Committee of the New Life Movement in Jiangxi Province was established,and the work concerning women was included in the executive branch of government. As the only organization which was included in the executive branch of government organizations,the establishing of the organization is closely related to the complex political situation at that time. Accordingly,XIONG Shihui placed the work concerning women under the control of the Jiangxi provincial government. With the setting up of the Department of Social Affairs and Social Studies at all levels,the Women’s Advisory Committee was eventually abolished by the Jiangxi provincial government,the work concerning women was incorporated into the Department of Social Affairs.
