摘  要:针对燃煤烟气脱硝除尘一体化的热点问题,选取了两种在袋式除尘器中常用的耐高温过滤纤维(芳砜纶纤维(PSA)和P84纤维),通过等体积浸渍法制备出负载脱硝催化剂CeO2的滤料纤维样本.采用扫描电镜(SEM)试验、单根纤维强度测试,热重分析(TGA)和X射线衍射(XRD)试验对试样进行表征分析.结果显示:负载CeO2后的PSA纤维的强度、伸长率下降幅度及相耐高温性能等均优于P84纤维.对不同负载率(0%,5%,8%,10%,12%,14%,16%)的CeO2/PSA进行了脱除NO试验,得出当CeO2负载率为14%和温度为200℃时,NO的脱除率最高达到64%.Aiming at the combined removal(de-NOx and dusts collecting)of coal-fired flue gas, two kinds of commonly used filter media for high temperature (PSA fiber and P84 fiber) were loaded with CeO2 by equivalent-volume impregnation. The samples were characterized and analyzed through scanning electron microscope (SEM), fiber tensile tester, thermogravimetry analysis (TGA)and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that after loaded with CeO2, the decline of PSA fiber's intensity and elongation was smaller than P84 fiber's, and PSA fiber still had excellent resistance performance to high temperature. The experiment results of removing NO by CeOz/PSA with different ratio such as 0%, 5%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 14%, 16% show that the optimum ratio of CeO2/PSA is 14% and the NO removol efficiency reaches 64% at 200 ℃.
