摘　　要：对威宁高原烟海不同烤烟品种碳氮代谢关键酶活性的动态变化及品质指标进行比较,为当地烤烟品种的选用提供参考。以贵州乌蒙烟区毕纳一号、云烟87和K326为供试材料,比较了不同烤烟品种硝酸还原酶(NR)、转化酶(Inv)活性的变化规律及烟叶品质差异。结果表明:NR活性呈单峰曲线,不同品种间NR活性整体趋势相近,在叶龄30d和50d时,毕纳一号的NR活性最高;Inv活性均表现为先增后减,不同烤烟品种的Inv活性在叶龄30d最高,毕纳一号的Inv活性整体高于云烟87和K326。威宁烟叶的外观质量整体较好,成熟度好,结构疏松;化学成分体现为糖高碱低,毕纳一号的钾含量最高达1.73%,钾氯比>4,燃烧性好;20种香气物质中,有15种香气成分在品种间差异显著,但香气物质总量差异不大。毕纳一号总体烟叶质量表现较好,适宜在威宁烟区种植。In order to provide references for the selection of local flue-cured tobacco varieties,carbon and nitrogen metabolism and the quality index of Weining tobacco area were compared.Taking Bina 1, Yunyan87 and K326 as the experiment material in Wumeng tobacco area,Guizhou,changes of NR and Inv activities and quality among different flue-cured tobacco varieties were compared.The results showed that：NR activity presented a unimodal curve,overall trend of NR activity among varieties was similar,NR activity of Bina 1 was the highest at the leaf age of 30 d and 50 d;Inv activities emerges first increased then decreased,activity was the highest at the leaf age of 30 d,and Inv activity of Bina 1 was higher than Yun 87 and K326;The appearance quality of Weining tobacco was good as a whole,good maturity,loose structure;chemical composition presented high sugar and low nicotine,potassium content of Bina 1 was the highest, 1.73%,K/Cl was over 4,with good combustibility;Significant differences were observed among the 15 kinds of aroma components, but total amount of aroma matters was not significantly different. In summary,Bina 1 was suitable for growth in Weining for its good performance.
