摘  要:为了寻找与河北小尾寒羊无角性状相关的基因,进而为培育出优良的纯合无角品种奠定基础,利用δ差异显示技术对河北小尾寒羊无角性状的相关基因进行筛选,并通过GenBank进行序列同源比对。结果表明:经筛选获得19条ESTs,有2条序列分别与山羊微卫星DNOK281和人SYN3基因的序列同源,序列的相似性分别为97%和100%;有3条片段主要和牛、羊、人等BAC中的序列有较高相似性,其相似程度在80%以上;有14条未发现高度同源序列,为新发现的表达基因片段。For screening genes related to polled gene of small-tail Han sheep,so as to lay the foundation of breeding excellent homozygous polled sheep varieties,the authors studied the differential display of the polled gene by usingδdifferential display technology in small-tailed Han sheep of Hebei,and the sequence homology analysis was conducted through GenBank.The results showed that 19 ESTs were obtained and two ESTs had the 97% and 100% similary with the microsatellite DNok281 of Capra hicus and Homo sapiens synapsin Ⅲ,respectively.14 of those ESTs which were not found highly homologous sequences in NCBI were identified as new expressed segments.
