摘 要:为了正确评价废弃铅锌矿区污水灌溉作物的重金属污染及生态环境问题,以贵州典型铅锌矿区DX和DW污水灌溉源的水稻为研究对象,测定其植株及稻米重金属的含量,对贵州铅锌矿区污水灌溉区稻米中重金属的污染及相关性进行分析和评价。结果表明:水稻株体各部分重金属含量最高的是Zn,重金属含量分布为稻茎>稻壳>稻米。水稻各部分中重金属的相关性分析表明,在1%和5%置信区间内,稻茎中Pb、Cu、Ni、Hg与其他4种元素没有明显的相关性,稻壳中Cr、Cd、Hg与其他5种元素没有明显的相关性,稻米中Pb、Cd、Hg、As与其他4种元素没有明显的相关性;而稻茎与稻壳、稻壳与稻米中的Cr、Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn、Ni、Hg和As的含量有显著正相关。In order to correctly evaluate heavy metal pollution and ecological environment problems in sewage irrigated region of abandoned mines,heavy metal contents in rice plant and rice from sewage irrigated region of abandoned lead-zinc mining area DX and DW,and the pollution status and correlations were also analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that Zn was of the highest content in rice plant following the sequence of stem> rice hull > rice.In rice stem Pb,Cu,Ni and Hg had no significant correlations with the other four elements.In rice hull Cr,Cd and Hg had no significant correlations with the other five elements.In rice Pb,Cd,Hg and As had no significant correlations with the other four elements.Cr,Pb,Cd,Cu,Zn,Ni and Hg had significant positive correlation with As between rice stem and rice hull,and between rice hull and polished rice.
