摘 要:为了实现机车运行状态远程实时监测,综合了嵌入式技术、现场总线技术、GPRS无线通讯技术设计了本系统.系统提取传统机车监测设备数据,各个功能模块在μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统调度下协调工作,通过稳定可靠的CAN总线通讯及GPRS远程无线通讯实现了机车运行状态实时远程监测.经过与机车设备多次的联机调试实验表明,该系统结构设计合理,工作稳定,可靠性高,车载显示和语音报警效果良好.In order to realize the remote real-time monitoring of locomotive running status, the embedded technology, field bus technology, GPRS wireless technology are incorporated to design the monitoring system. The system had implemented comprehensive collection monitoring about locomotive data, large- capacity data storage, stable and reliable CAN-bus communication, GPRS remote wireless communication, and the coordination of the various modules in the scheduling of μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system. As the system used modular design, set the appropriate import and export parameters for each module, made the connection flexible between the two modules, and passed though several on-line debugging between the system and the locomotive device. Experiments showed that system designed reasonable, worked stability, had bigh reliability, and locomotive show and voice alarm had a good effect.
