83例创伤性伸指肌腱断裂围手术期护理的满意度分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨创伤性伸指肌腱断裂的围手术期护理方法及效果。方法:将本院诊治的166例患者随机分为两组,各83例,对照组按照传统的方法进行手术后生理护理;治疗组从确定进行手术治疗到结束治疗的整个过程对患者进行全面护理;比较两组患者治疗效果及满意程度。结果:进行围手术期护理患者的满意率87.95%,进行普通护理的满意率57.83%,患者对围手术期护理的满意度明显高于对普通护理的满意度,差异具有统计学意义P<0.05。结论:创伤性伸指肌腱断裂的围手术期护理相比于传统的普通护理能更有利于对患者进行伸指肌腱断裂手术治疗,也有助于术后恢复,值得推广。Objective： To discuss the nursing and effects of traumatic extensor tendon rupture in perioperative period. Methods： 166 patients treated in our hospital were divided into two groups, group A was given traditional nursing after treatment; group B was given complete nursing in the whole progress; treatment efficacy and satisfaction degree of patients were compared. Results ： Satisfac- tion degree of patients with perioperative nursing was 87.95%, of ordinary nursing was 57.83%, which showed that patients had higher satisfaction degree in perioperative nursing than ordinary nursing, P 〈 0. 05, with statistical significance. Conclusion ： Periop- eration nursing is more helpful for the treatment of patients wtih traumatic extensor tendon rupture compared to common nursing, which also contributes to the postoperative recovery.
