摘 要:文章以精密成形铣齿加工过程中切削力为研究对象,采用频谱分析方法分析了不同切削参数下的切削力信号,并以切削力信号的均值与最大最小值的比值对盘铣刀进行了评价。分析结果表明其加工过程中频率主要集中在100Hz以下的低频段,特征频率与主轴转速和刀齿组数相关,加工过程中切削力大小随着切削齿高和进给速度的增加而增加,随着主轴转速的增加而减小;轴向力和进给力即主切削力之间的比例系数约为0.7,不同于传统的车削、铣削。This paper based on the cutting force of the precision gear milling as the object of study in machining process,utilized the spectral analysis method to analyze the cutting force signals under different cutting parameters.By a ratio between the average value and the maximum and minimum value of the force signals to estimate the performance of the cutter.The result showed that the cutting force signals are mainly in the low frequency band below 100Hz,and the cutter rotation speed and cutter teeth numbers has great effect on the value of the characteristic frequency.In addition,the cutting force increased with the increasing of the cutting tooth depth as well as feed rate,whereas,decreased with the increasing of the cutter rotation speed.And we found a proportional coefficient (around 0.7) between the axial force and feed force,which is largely different from the traditional turning and milling coefficient.
