摘 要:对地铁车门系统进行故障模式可靠性分析,从而确定危害性较大的故障模式,有助于改善车门维修决策和保护乘客人身安全。由于车门故障数据的不足,在传统车门可靠性分析中难以对风险因子及其权重进行准确评价,故提出基于模糊证据推理和灰色关联理论的可靠性分析方法。首先利用置信结构对车门故障模式进行模糊评价,然后应用灰色关联决策计算故障模式的灰色关联度,得出了EDCU功能失效、行程开关S1破损和螺母组件破损对车门危害性较大的评估结果,分析结果为车门系统的改进及维修提供了决策参考。Implementing the failure mode criticality analysis on the metro door system could help us to find the failure modes which have a great criticality on door system,and it can be helpful for perfecting door maintenance decision and protecting the passengers.Because the lack of door failure data,it is difficult to evaluate risk factors and weights precisely,so the reliability analysis method which is based on fuzzy evidential reasoning and grey theory is applied.Firstly,fuzzy belief structure is employed to evaluate failure modes ; secondly,grey relational theory is employed to calculate the grey degree of relation among failure modes,so it can be concluded that EDCU disability,limit switch S1 and nut component breakage have a great damage on door system.The results can be used for optimal design and maintenance of the metro door system.
