摘 要:通过对稻草制浆黑液厌氧、好氧、混凝处理组合工艺的试验研究 ,探索该工艺的可行性 ,考察了不同温度、不同有机负荷下 ,该类废水的生物处理效果以及后续混凝效果。结果表明 :中温 35℃是厌氧阶段最佳处理温度 ,好氧阶段不同负荷条件下 ,CODCr去除率基本相同 ;经厌氧 -好氧处理 ,黑液CODCr和木质素去除率分别为 80 %和 30 % ,色度去除不明显 ;混凝阶段CODCr和木质素去除率分别为 70 %和 90 % ,色度去除率达 90 %以上 。A hybrid process including anaerobic, aerobic treatment and coagulation was investigated for treating straw pulping black liquor. A bench scale experiment was conducted to identify the biodegradability of organic matter in anaerobic and aerobic unit. The result showed the temperature of 35℃ in anaerobic unit was the optimum condition,under different organic loadinrates, the same removal efficiency of 40%-50% was obtained in aerobic unit. After bio treatment, the removal efficiency of COD cr and lignin was 80% and 30%, respectively.Color was not removed obviously in bio treatment stage. Coagulation unit could maintain significantly high removal efficiency more than 70% and 90% in terms of TOC and Lignin, respectively, and the color removal of more than 90%. The effluent quality achieved the national discharge standards. The results above mentioned indicated that the hybrid process has a bright prospect for application.
