摘　　要：本文研究和设计出一种适用于政府部门大型会议和大型公共活动的会议管理系统。此系统立足传统会议管理系统现状,分析了计算机技术在当前会议管理系统中的应用和不足,在传统会议管理基础上采用SMS(短消息服务)信息采集和无线PAD签到技术,实现对人员组织的管理、会议的管理和会议数据统计功能,从而极大提高了会议管理的工作效率。This article focuses on researching and designing a conference management system for large government conferences and large public events. Based on the current status of conference management systems and analyzing the application and shortcomings of computer technology in previous systems, this system which takes advantage of the technology of SMS information collection and PAD wireless check-in, can be used to manage the organizations, staff and conferences, and achieve the goal of conferences statistical function, thus it greatly improves the efficiency of conference management.
