摘 要:目的探讨28天反复吸入染毒富右旋反式丙烯菊酯大鼠中枢神经系统氨基酸神经递质(Glu和Gly)的水平变化及脑组织、垂体和坐骨神经病理组织学变化之间的关系。方法 96只SPF级Wistar雌雄大鼠反复吸入染毒富右旋反式丙烯菊酯(0、9.6、45.8和166.0 mg/m3)28 d,记录异常体征并做步态评分和握力测试。染毒结束后检测各剂量组动物脑组织中Glu和Gly的改变,并对脑组织、垂体和坐骨神经进行组织病理学检查。结果与对照组比较,雌性动物脑组织中Glu和Gly水平随着暴露剂量的增加明显降低(P<0.05)。166.0 mg/m3剂量组大鼠握力较对照明显下降(P<0.05),部分大鼠大脑皮质、海马区及小脑出现散在分布的神经元变性,并在坐骨神经部位观察到轻微的轴突肿胀和髓鞘破坏,其它剂量组未见明显的病理病变。结论握力、脑组织氨基酸神经递质的改变及病理组织学损伤与富右旋反式丙烯菊酯染毒相关;中枢神经系统皮质、海马区神经元及外周运动神经可能是富右旋反式丙烯菊酯的神经毒效应的靶点。Objective To discuss the effect of rich-D-transallethrin on amino acid neurotransmitters in rats central nerves system and pathological examination of brain tissues, hypophysis and sciatic nerve. Methods Ninety-six male and female Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups according to body weight, which were exposed to rieh-d-transallthrin aerosol at different dose (0, 9.6,45.8, 166 mg/m3 ) for 6 h/d, 7 d/week for 28 consecutive days. Neurobehavior were observed, gait and grip strength were measured during exposure. At the end of treatment the rats in all groups were sacrificed.
