摘　　要：结合生产实践经验,从来样分析、小样仿样生产、批量放样等环节剖析了提高来样定制产品符样率的措施,着重阐述仿样产品的企业接单人员要求、审稿注意事项、小样生产过程中产品技术规格、颜色把关、产品风格仿样的方法及注意事项,同时介绍了产品小样生产与批量放样的差异及提高产品符样率的方法,有助于帮助生产企业解决仿样设计中遇到的基本问题,提高企业仿样设计的符样率及快速反应能力,缩短仿样生产周期,提高工作效率。Combining with production practice experience for many years, from sample analysis, small kind of copy sample production and batch lofting, the paper analyzed the measures to improve operator to sample customization products sample rate. It focused on the imitation products of the enterprises with personnel requirements, reviewing and matters needing attention, in the production of small sample product specifications, color control, the product style spline method and the matters needing attention, it also introduced the difference product small sample production, batch lofting and improving product character sample rate. It can help enterprises to solve their imitative of the basic problems in the design, improve enterprise designs operator sample rate and the rapid reaction capability, shorten the imitation products cycle, improve work efficiency.
