摘　　要：羊绒围巾以其服用舒适、手感柔软滑糯、光泽自然持久等特点深受广大消费者的青睐。羊绒及其混纺轻薄围巾的开发已成为羊绒产品发展的一个主要方向。利用水溶性纤维与羊绒纤维混纺生产轻薄围巾受到业界的关注。文章对水溶性纤维、莫代尔纤维与羊绒混纺围巾从原料选择、产品设计,以及纺纱、印花主要工序的加工技术进行研究,结合生产实际得出适宜的生产工艺,为开发轻薄、风格独特的羊绒混纺印花围巾提供了有效途径,该生产工艺对实际生产起到了指导作用。Cashmere scarf with its comfortability, soft slippery waxy, lasting and nature luster characteristics it is popular with vast consumers. Cashmere and its blended thin scarves developing has become a main direction in the development of cashmere products. Using water soluble fiber and cashmere fiber blended to production thin scarf gets the attention in the industry. This article researches the water soluble fiber, Modal fiber and blended cashmere scarf from raw material selection, product design, and process technology of spinning, printing the main process. Combined with the actual production obtained appropriate production technology, it provides the effective way for the development of frivolous, unique style of cashmere blended printed scarf. The production technology in actual production has played a guiding role.
