宁夏沿黄经济区城市群人居环境与经济协调发展评价

摘　　要：城市人居环境和经济的协调法则是实现城市可持续发展的重要途径,也是衡量城市经济发展、社会进步与文化发展的重要标志,其协调程度的高低直接影响着居民的身心健康。文章通过构建人居环境与经济协调发展指标体系,并运用协调发展的相关模型分析了宁夏沿黄经济区城市群2006年、2008年、2011年间人居环境与经济发展在时间和内部空间的协调程度,旨在寻求该区域各市(县)城市人居环境与经济在发展的过程中所出现的不协调问题。研究结果表明,宁夏沿黄经济区城市群人居环境与经济发展关系在空间上表现为中北部好南部坏的差异,在时间上表现为人居环境与经济协调发展状况逐年好转的趋势。研究结果对于实现宁夏沿黄经济区城市群"繁荣、和谐、宜居、魅力"Coordination rule of urban settlement environment and economy is an important way to achieve sustainable urban development, an important symbol to measure the level of urban economic development, social progress and cultural development. The level of coordination impacts the health of residents directly. By building the indicator system of coordination of settlement environmental and economic development, related models are used to analyzie the degree of coordination of living environment and economic development in 2006, 2008 and 2011 through space and time in cities along the Yellow River in Ningxia economic zone, which is aimed at finding problem of uncoordinated during the development of settlement environment and economic development in municipalities or counties. The results show that relationship between settlement environment and economic development is better in northern and central part than that in the southern in the study area on the spatial scale. And the coordinated development situation of settle environment and economic development has a trend of decreasing year by year. Research results strive to provide relevant reference for construction of modern urban settlement agglomerations, which highlights are prosperity, harmonious and livable, charm,in cities along the Yellow River in Ningxia economic zone.
