摘　　要：提出"改善证候——肿瘤治疗新策略",强调改善脘腹胀满、纳减食少、形体消瘦、神疲乏力四大临床症状的重要性,从络病理论探讨恶性肿瘤的中医病机,指出正气虚乏、脾肾两亏为发病之本,络息成积为关键病机,确立健脾补肾、散结通络、解毒抗癌的治法,并制定养正消积胶囊组方。Improving Syndromes, a new strategy for cancer treatment was proposed in this article. It is important to relieve four common patterns such as abdominal pathogenesis of malignant tumors was discussed on distention, poor appetite, emaciation and lassitude. The TCM the basis of network-vessels theory. The main pathogenesis of malignant tumors was right-qi deficiency, spleen-kidney deficiency and obstruction of network vessels. The treatment of malignant tumors was fortifying the spleen, supplementing the kidney, dissipating binds, freeing the network vessels, resolving toxin and fighting cancer. The effective formula was Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsules （养正消积胶囊）.
