摘　　要：2013年我国互联网金融呈现爆发式增长,互联网金融实现金融供给需求的无缝链接和全时空开放交互的金融服务,互联网金融的兴起逐步引发了金融机构脱媒现象。本文将从互联网金融研究发展现状入手,分析互联网金融的本质特点,比较互联网金融与传统金融的差异,探索我国未来互联网金融与传统金融的竞争与合作以及金融业发展前景等相关问题。In 2013, intemet financial presented explosive growth in China. Intemet financial realizes seamless link of demand and supply and the provision of financial services at any time and in any place. The rise of the Intemet finance gradually causes disintermediafion of financial institutions. This paper starts from the develop- ment status of Internet financial and the characteristics of the Internet financial, comparing the difference be- tween the Internet finance and traditional finance, exploring issues related to China＇s Internet finance and tradi- tional financial competition, cooperation and the future development of the financial industry.
