止痛膏抗炎镇痛和皮肤刺激性实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察止痛膏对动物急性炎症、疼痛的干预效果及其皮肤刺激反应。方法:取昆明种小鼠随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、止痛膏组,采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法观察止痛膏抗炎作用;采用小鼠醋酸扭体法、冷热痛觉测试仪观察其镇痛作用;采用豚鼠同体左右侧自身对比法观察止痛膏是否引起小鼠皮肤刺激反应。结果:止痛膏对非特异性急性炎症反应具有一定的抑制作用(P<0.05);对醋酸所致小鼠扭体疼痛有一定的抑制作用(P<0.05);对小鼠热刺激痛反应耐热痛能力无明显作用;止痛膏对豚鼠皮肤无红斑及水肿等过敏反应。结论:止痛膏在抗急性炎症及镇痛方面显示出了不同程度的药效学作用,同时对豚鼠皮肤无刺激性。Objective： To observe the intervention of ZhiTong ointment on acute inflammation, the pain and skin irritation reactions. Methods： The mice were randomized into blank control group, positive control group, ZhiTong ointment group, analgesic effects of ZhiTong ointment were observed by acetic acid writhing method and hot cold plate analgesia meter, skin irritation experiment of the mice was observed by comparing left and right sides of the guinea pig. Results： ZhiTong ointment showed certain inhibitory effects for nonspecific acute inflammation（P〈0.05）; and the pain caused by acetic acid writhing （P〈 0.05）, no obvious effects for heat pain in the thermal stimulation reaction; ZhiTong ointment showed no allergic reaction including erythema, edema and others. Conclusion： ZhiTong ointment shows pharmacodynamic actions in anti acute inflammation and analgesic effects to varying degrees and no irritation to the skin of guinea pigs.
