健脾渗湿法治疗放射性肠炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾渗湿法治疗放射性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将放射性肠炎患者60例随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例,治疗组口服参苓白术散汤剂治疗,对照组予蒙脱石散3 g口服治疗,3次/d,15天为1个疗程,治疗期间及治疗后记录患者的腹痛、腹泻程度,观察有无肠梗阻或胃肠道出血等情况,记录中医证候积分。结果:治疗组腹痛、腹泻程度明显低于对照组,总有效率治疗组为83.3%,对照组为60%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前2组中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),中医证候疗效比较治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散能明显减轻患者腹痛、腹泻症状,提高放射性肠炎的临床疗效,且未发现明显毒副作用。Objective： To survey therapeutic effects of spleen-invigorating and dampness-eliminating method in the treatment for radioactive enteritis. Methods： Sixty patients were randomly allocated to the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group accepted ShenLing BoiZhu powder orally, and the control group montmoril- lonite powder, three times per day, one course of the treatment was 15 days, the degrees of abdominal pain, diarrhea, the conditions of intestinal obstruction and bleeding of gastrointestinal tract were observed and recorded in the pro- cess of treating and after treating, TCM syndrome integral was recorded. Results： After taking with herbs orally, the degrees of abdominal pain and diarrhea in the treatment group were lower significantly than these of the control group, effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%, higher than 60% of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. The difference had no statistical meaning before treating when TCM syndrome inte- grals of the treatment group were compared with these of the control group, the treatment group was superior to the control group evidently after treating （P〈0.05）, the treatment group was obviously better than the control group in clinical effects （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ShenLing BoiZhu powder is effective in treating radioactive enteritis, it could relieve abdominal pain and diarrhea notably, improve therapeutic effects of radioactive enteritis and show no obvi- ous adverse reaction.
