摘　　要：从病因病机、治疗两方面对近年糖尿病周围神经病变中医研究进行综述,发现中医药在本病防治中发挥着重要作用,但由于缺乏对中医相关理论的系统整理,缺乏对其用药规律的整体研究,辨证分型尚不统一,指出今后的研究应在中医理论指导下,运用现代科学研究方法对本病开展病证结合研究,总结规律,探究辨证分型客观化指标,建立辨证施治标准体系,寻找有效的中医药防治糖尿病周围神经病变,对提高患者的生存质量有重大意义。The studies in recent years showed that TCM has played an important role in the prevention of di- abetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Since systematic collection of TCM-related theory, complete study of medica- tion rules and unified syndrome differentiation and patterns were lacked, it was very important to lift life quality of the patients by researching on the combination of DPN and the syndromes in future study under the guidance of TCM theory and modem scientific methods, summing up the rules of DPN, exploring objective indexes for syn- drome differentiation and patterns, establishing the stystem of syndrome differentiation and treatment, finding the ef- fective way for treating DPN with TCM.
