摘 要:采用SBR工艺结合污泥外循环侧流除磷的方法处理低碳源城市污水(COD/TN值<5,COD<200 mg/L),考察了容积负荷对其处理效果的影响。结果表明,容积负荷对COD、TP去除效果的影响不明显,但对去除TN的影响较大。当容积负荷为0.19、0.30 kgCOD/(m3·d)时,出水TN浓度能稳定达到一级A标准;当将容积负荷提高到0.40 kgCOD/(m3·d)时,反应器脱氮效果变差,出水TN浓度不能达标。综合考虑,当容积负荷为0.30 kgCOD/(m3·d)时,系统的处理效果较好,对COD、TN、TP的去除率分别为85.3%、67.9%和98.3%。The SBR process combined with external sludge recycle for side-stream phosphorus re- moval was used in the treatment of urban sewage with low carbon source ( COD/TN 〈 5 and COD 〈 200 mg/L). The effect of volume loading on treatment efficiency was investigated. The results showed that volume loading had no significant effect on the removal of COD and TP, but it had a great effect on TN removal. The effluent TN concentration reached the first level A criteria when the volume loading was 0.19 kgCOD/(m3 .d) or 0.30 kgCOD/(m3 . d). Meanwhile, the TN concentration failed to meet the requirement and the reactor' s nitrogen removal effect was poor when the volume loading was increased to 0.40 kgCOD/(m3 . d). In conclusion, the system had better treatment efficiency when the volume load- ing was 0.30 kgCOD/(m3 .d), and the removal rates of COD, TN and TP were 85.3%, 67.9% and 98.3%, respectively.
