摘 要:采用污泥浓缩消化一体化反应器处理污泥,考察了温度和污泥种类对出泥脱水性能的影响。结果表明:在一次进泥、分段运行的方式下,初沉污泥经高温和中温消化后比阻值都有小幅降低,二沉污泥和混合污泥在高温条件下的比阻值增加较多,而在中温条件下比阻值降低;稳定运行阶段,在间歇进泥、间歇排水和排泥的条件下进行中温消化后,初沉污泥、二沉污泥和混合污泥的比阻分别下降了(3.3%-6.9%)、(48.0%~60.9%)和(27.5%~60.0%),表明二沉污泥和混合污泥的脱水性能有明显改善。Sludge was treated by sludge thickening and digestion reactor, and the influence of temperature and sludge types on the dewaterability of the reactor was investigated. The results indicated that under single-stage sludge feeding and multi-step operation, after being digested at high and medium temperature, the specific resistance of primary sludge declined slightly, while the specific resistance of secondary and mixed sludge increased significantly at high temperature, but declined at medium tempera- ture. In the stable operation phase, the sludge was fed and discharged intermittently, and the wastewater was also discharged intermittently. After being digested at medium temperature, the specific resistance of primary, secondary and mixed sludge declined by 3.3% to 6.9% , 48.0% to 60.9% and 27.5% to 60.0%, respectively. The results proved that the dewaterability of secondary and mixed sludge improved significantly.
