摘 要:宁夏某水厂采用传统的折板絮凝池工艺,在夏季面临大水量运行的要求,但大水量运行会影响折板絮凝池的水力停留时间以及折板间水流速度,从而影响到水厂出水水质。为此,水厂进行了微涡旋升级改造,但改造后仍然面临出水水质不理想的问题。调查发现水厂现有絮凝池的水力停留时间过短,原水在絮凝池中得不到有效絮凝,从而影响了出水水质。为了能够更好地完成水厂的升级改造,进行了微涡旋絮凝池改造中试研究。向中试装置中添加直板对絮凝池进行分格可以缓解短流现象,这对于提能改造具有重要影响。在第一絮凝区微涡旋球高度占有效水深的55%左右、第二絮凝区微涡旋球高度占有效水深的25%左右的最佳条件下,中试装置提能15%,连续运行24 h,出水水质相对折板絮凝池明显改善。A water treatment plant using conventional folded plate flocculating tank faced a large influent rate in summer. The HRT and the flow velocity in folded plate were affected, lowering the quality of effluent. Therefore, the conventional folded plate technology was transformed into micro-eddy floccula- tion. After the transformation, the quality of the finished water could not meet the discharge requirement. A survey found that the HRT was too short, and the raw water in the flocculating tank was not effectively flocculated, thus affecting the effluent quality. In order to better complete this transformation, a pilot- scale test was conducted. Adding straight plates in the pilot plant for forming ceils could alleviate short flow phenomenon, which had an important influence 15%, the pilot plant was operated for 24 h, and the on the transformation. The influent was increased by effluent quality improved significantly under optimalconditions where the depth of micro-eddy ball accounted for about 55% of whole depth in the first floccu- lation zone and about 25 % in the second flocculation zone.
