摘 要:考察了溶剂配比、聚合物浓度对聚丙烯腈(PAN)微滤膜纯水通量、污染速率和孔隙率的影响,并将无机纳米SiO2与PAN材料共混制备无机/有机共混膜,研究了共混膜的基本特性和抗有机污染特性。结果表明,当溶剂A与B的配比为3∶2、PAN浓度为13%时,PAN微滤膜成膜性能较优;纳米SiO2的添加可使PAN微滤膜的纯水通量提高1.3倍、孔隙率增加9.8%、污染速率降低74%,并且对强疏水性和中性亲水性有机污染物的抗污染能力得到增强。The effects of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) concentration and the solvent ratios on mem- brane pure water flux, fouling rate and porosity were investigated. An organic-inorganic blend membrane was prepared by blending inorganic nano-sized SiO2 and PAN. The characteristics of blend membrane and its resistance to organic fouling were studied. Experimental results indicated that when the solvent A : B = 3 : 2 and PAN = 13% , the properties of PAN membranes were superior. The addition of nano-sized SiO2 in PAN membrane could improve the pure water flux by 1.3 times, increase the porosity by 9.8% and decrease the fouling rate by 74%. The resistance of the membrane to fouling by strong hydrophobic and neutral hydrophilic parts of organic compounds was enhanced.
