摘  要:为了满足某测控系统的要求,利用TEMPEST技术,以FPGA为核心器件,设计了防电磁泄漏的HDLC通信卡;在PCB设计的初始阶段,采用TEMPEST技术从元器件、电路、结构和PCB布局布线入手,消除了产生强电磁波的根源;采用自顶向下的层次化设计方法分层次分模块完成了FPGA逻辑设计,利用异步FIFO有效避免了跨时钟域数据传输的亚稳态问题;经协议分析仪验证,板卡输出的比特流为标准的HDLC数据流,同步传输速率最高可达8 MHz;对板卡进行电磁辐射测试,板卡满足军用电磁辐射要求,有效地防止了电磁泄漏。In order to meet the requirements of a certain Measurement and Control System, A kind of HDLC communication card being able to prevent leakage of electromagnetic was designed. A new method that applying TEMPEST technology in the initial stage of PCB de- sign to eliminate the root causes of strong electromagnetic waves was raised. Four aspects such as components, the circuit, PCB layout and card structure need careful consideration. Top--down design method as well as modular design concept was introduced to complete FPGA logic design, meanwhile asynchronous FIFO was proposed to avoid metastability when data transfer crossing different clock domain. The pro- tocol analyzer verified that the bit stream of the board was standard HDLC data stream and the synchronous transfer rate up to 8 MHz. Re- suits show that the board meets the military requirements and prevents the leakage of electromagnetic effectively.
