摘  要:基于LabVIEW图形化编程软件,并结合Matlab数值分析软件,对NEXTKIT信号万用仪以及NI PXI—6133数据采集卡进行了开发,实现了时间反转超声导波激励和采集以及信号处理系统设计,具有良好的用户界面和丰富强大的功能;实验结果表明:该系统完成了超声导波激励信号以及时间反转激励信号的生成,信号质量满足设计指标要求,缺陷回波信号相对幅值提高了500%,实现了对微小缺陷的检测,为系统的小型化打下坚实基础。This design using LabVIEW graphical programming software and combine Matlab numerical analysis software, NEXTKIT and NI PXI--6133 data acquisition card has been developed to achieve a time reversal ultrasonic guided wave excitation and acquisition and signal processing system design , has a good user interface and rich powerful features. The experimental results showed that: The system completed generation of guided wave excitation signal and the time--reversed excitation signal, signal quality to meet the design require- ments and the signal data processing, able to determine the presence or absence of defects, the defect echo signal of relative amplitude in- creased by 500%, the realization of small defects detection, and lay a solid foundation for system miniaturization.
