摘　　要：文章针对浙江电力现有软交换平台用户侧设备购置费用较高、传统模拟话机兼容能力弱等问题,提出了后续软交换系统演进思路和3种演进方案。从网络复杂性、投资、维护等方面对演进方案进行对比,建议采用"省、地市局原平台扩容,县局IP-PBX接入"方案。文章最后对采用方案的过渡步骤进行了梳理,为浙江电力行政软交换系统的快速平滑演进建设提供参考。To solve the issues of high original user-side equipment cost and poor compatibility of the traditional analog phones in the existing soft switching platform, this paper proposes an evolution idea and three evolution solutions for the future evolution of the soft switching system, compares these three evolution solutions from several aspects of network complexity, investment, and maintenance, and gives the suggested solution of ＂original platform expansion tbr province and city bureau and IP-PBX access for county bureau＂. Finally, the steps of the transition program are arranged to provide a reference for tile rapid and smooth evolution construction of Zhejiang electric power administration soft switch system.
