摘 要:为促进中低压配电网光纤通信网络的发展,指导配电网通信光缆网络建设,文章从配电网通信网络架构分析出发,提出配电网光缆先期平面方式建设,兼顾后期分层式光缆扩展,光缆在各开关房、开闭所等成端的建设方案;配电网光缆的建设应遵从"统一规划,分步实施"的原则,充分考虑现有业务及未来5年业务发展的通信需求,配电网光缆建设宜遵循"电缆线路选择管道光缆、架空线路选择普通光缆或ADSS光缆"、"A、B类供电区域及其他重点区域的管道电缆、配电网通信光缆应随配电网新建电缆同步敷设光缆"等原则。In order to promote the development of communication fiber network for the medium and low voltage distribution network, and to guild the construction of communication fiber network, this paper proposes a construction solution through the analysis of the COlnmtmication network architecture of the distribution network. The solution adopts a plane mode in the first construction period and a distributed fiber extension mode in the last construction period respectively. The construction guilds the principles of unified planning and implementation step-by-step, and takes the communication business development needs of the existing businesses in the future five years into consideration. Moreover, the fiber construction of the distribution network should follow the principles of the pipeline cable for the cable lines, the ordinary fiber or ADSS for the overhead cable lines, the synchronization of the construction of cables and communication fibers in the class A area, the class B area and other key power supply areas.
