西南地震多发地区传统聚落民居抗震措施简析——以宁蒗县“6.24”地震中的摩梭民居为例

摘　　要：通过对宁蒗县"6.24"地震中的摩梭民居的调研实践,分析了我国西南地震多发地区传统聚落民居抗震设防的总体状况,并指出加强抗震设防在传统聚落更新和发展中的重要意义.通过对具体实例的分析,总结了调研中发现的传统聚落民居在抗震方面存在的问题,从聚落的规划、建设场地的选择、民居建筑的结构和构造等方面给出了有针对性的解决措施.论述了强化民居的抗震性能与传统聚落风貌保护相协调的问题.对西南传统聚落更新中的重点问题,木结构的抗震问题做了专门的论述.This paper describes the writer＇s observation and study in Mosuo traditional settle- ments after an earthquake in Ninglang. Analysis is made about the overall situation of anti-seismic approaches in earthquake-prone areas in southwest China and the significance of these approaches is underscored. The paper analyses some live issues of seismic performance in vernacular dwellings, puts forth some pinpointing measures with respect to such aspects as settlement planning, structure and construction of dwellings and discusses the relationship between seismic design and traditional environment protection. The seismic design of wooden structure is specially studied in detail.
