摘　　要：根据液氯的特性及槽车卸氯的特点,从安全可靠、操作方便等因素分析了空压卸氯、位差抽卸氯和汽化卸氯三种不同工艺的优劣。并针对汽化卸氯工艺,提出了在设计过程中所需考虑的必要的安全措施和技术手段。Based on the characteristics of liquid chlorine and the features of liquid chlorine downloading from tanks, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the different process, such as unloading chlorine by compressed air, unloading chlorine by potential difference and pumping and unloading chlorine by chlorine vaporizing, from the points of safe, convenient operation and so on. For the unloading chlorine by chlorine vaporizing process, the necessary and effective safety precaution and technical means in process designing are put forward.
