摘　　要：积极探索基于地方高校实施转型发展中应用型人才培养模式是贯彻国家教育方针。在此结合钦州学院开展化工应用型人才培养模式的办学经验,就人才培养方案、产学结合、"双师"型教师队伍建设、衡量人才教育成果等方面进行了探讨。It is to carry out our state＇s educational principles to research into training chemical engineering applied talents based on the transition period of the developing local Universities. The essay tries to make a research on the personnel training program, the combination of production and study, augmenting of the ＂double-typed＂ teachers teaching staff and measuring the harvest of training talents based on the experience of running Qinzhou University when starting to train the chemical engineering applied talents.
