摘　　要：文章阐述了以天然油脂为原料生产脂肪酸的发展前景,分析了影响油脂水解的因素,详细介绍了工业上常用的三种油脂水解的生产工艺,并对最先进的生产工艺做出选择。The article expounds the natural oil prospects for the development of production of fatty acid, analyses the factors affecting the hydrolysis of oils and fats, introduced the three kinds of industrial production process of oil hydrolysis commonly used in detail, and makes the choice of the most advanced production technology.
