摘 要:本试验以普通活性污泥为种泥,采用升流式厌氧生物滤床(UAF)反应器,在pH为7.5的室温条件下,以NH4Cl和NaNO2配制人工模拟废水,通过逐步提高NH4+-N与NO2--N的负荷对厌氧氨氧化菌进行培养与驯化,在反应器运行到148 d左右时NH4+-N与NO2--N去除率分别达到56%、62%,且在之后的运行过程中其去除率呈同步变化,NH4+-N与NO2--N同时去除。通过镜检发现在反应器下部形成了具有厌氧氨氧化活性的棕红色颗粒污泥,实现了厌氧氨氧化反应的快速启动。The ordinary active sludge as a kind of mud in this experiment, using UAF reactor, under the condition ofpH 7.5 and room temperature, With NH4CI and NaNO2 compound artificial simulated wastewater, By improving of NH4+-N and NO2.N load of anaerobic ammonia oxidation bacteria cultivation and domestication, when the reactor run to around of 148 days, removal rate of NH4+-N and NO2-N reached 56 % and 62 % respectively, And removal rate changed synchronously during the later operation, NH4 +-N and NO2 - N were removed at the same time. Through the microscopic examination, we found that some reddish-brown granular formed at the bottom of the reactor, which has an anaerobic ammonia oxidative activity, making Anammax quick start come ture.
