摘  要:建立了同位素稀释高分辨气相色谱高分辨质谱法对飞灰中的二噁英的分析方法。通过建立数学模型,分析了该方法的不确定度的主要来源有:样品称量、标准溶液浓度和进样体积、回收率,标准曲线,仪器重复性。确立了不确定度的评定方法。结果表明,该分析方法的不确定度主要来源于回收率和标准工作曲线。当2,3,7,8-TCDF的含量285.88 pg/g时,扩展不确定度为37.11 pg/g(k=2)。Isotope dilution HRGC-HRMS (high resolution gas chromatography high resolution mass spectrometry) method was extablished to analysize dioxins in fly ash sample. The sources of uncertainty were analyzed for whole measurement procedure by mathematic method, which included the mass of the sample, the concentration and inject volume of standard solution, recovery, calibration curve and repeatability. Uncertainity evaluation of dioxin analysis in fly ash has been set up. It showed that unccrtainty mainly comes from recovery and calibration curve. W ben the result for the determination 22,3,7,8-TCDF was 285.86 pg/g, the expanded uncertainty was 37.22 pg/g(k=2).
