摘　　要：为人民服务是马克思主义政党执政的根本宗旨,是保持党同群众血肉联系的重要途径。党的十八大报告首次提出"建设服务型的马克思主义执政党",这充分体现了中国共产党准确把握时代潮流的远见卓识,体现了党与时俱进的战略气魄。从理论层面诠释马克思主义服务型政党建设可以发现:马克思主义服务型政党建设的价值取向是以人为本,服务理念是公仆意识,目标定位是和谐党群关系,实现途径是制度建设。理论架构马克思主义服务型政党是为其建设实践提供的重要知识保障。'Serve the people'is the fundamental administrative purpose of the Marxist political party, and is the important way of keeping the masses with party as close as flesh and blood.'Building the Marxist serving political party'is presented in the Eighteen Party Congress Report for the first time, which fully embodies the Chinese Communist Party having the farsightedness to accurately grasp the trend of the times, and the magnificent strategy of advancing with the times. Establish a set of Marx's service party construction from the theoretical level: the value orientation is the people-oriented, the service concept is the consciousness of public servant, the target location is the harmonious party-masses relationship, and the approach is the construction of system. This theoretical framework provides important knowledge to guarantee the construction of Marxist serving political party.
