摘 要:选用可控光源,分别用QE65000和NIRQuest512光谱仪,同时测得同一舌体在有光源和无光源两种条件下的漫反射光谱信息,并对光谱数据进行处理。实验结果表明,在620~950nm和10001150nm之间舌体内部的组织结构对光谱的漫反射强度较大,获得的舌体光谱图比较光滑,能较好地去除环境杂散光的干扰,测得的漫反射光谱也能更好地反映舌体内部组织成分、微循环状态等信息。为客观反映舌诊光谱信息提供了一种新的测试方法。In order to reflect the physiological and pathological information carried by tongue objectively, avoid the spectroscopy being interfered by some external and internal factors, the experimental method is improved. The diffuse reflectance spectroscopy information of the tongue has been obtained by using the QE65000 and NIRQuest512 spectrometers both in a light and non-light source conditions. The experimental results show that the diffuse reflectance spectroscopy on the internal organizational structure of the tongue is stronger between 620 nm to 950nm and 1000nm to 1150 nm, and the obtained curve is relatively smooth. This diffuse reflectance spectroscopy can better reflect the internal organization of the tongue, microcirculation and other information. A new method has been provided to test the spectral information objectively of tongue diagnosis.
