摘  要:以AT89S52芯片为控制核心、双端口RAM-IDT7132为数据存储中心,设计一个简易数字控制的存储示波器。必要的外围电路包括信号调理模块、采样保持电路、内部触发电路、步进延时模块、时基电路和A/D转换电路。系统采用C语言编程,实现波形和波形数据的显示,对中低频信号进行实时采样,对高频信号进行等效采样。输入信号经信号调理模块处理后,达到频率测量和MAX118的输入电压要求。控制器处理信号波形的数据,将信号的波形和数据显示出来。整个系统具有控制界面直观、简洁的特点,具有良好的人机交互性能。This paper designs a simple digital control storage oscilloscope which takes the AT89S52 chip as the control core of system and makes dual-port RAM of IDT7132 as data storage center. Meanwhile, the system is supported by the necessary peripheral circuits which include signal conditioning modules, sampling and holding circuit, internal trigger circuit, stepping delay modules, time base circuit and A / D conversion circuit. This digital storage oscilloscope takes the advantage of the C language programming to realize the display of arbitrary waveform and waveform data. The system completes the real time sampling of low frequency signals and the equivalent sampling of high frequency signals. When gathering the input signal, the external input signal achieves the requirement of frequency measurement and inputting of MAXll8 after handled by the signal conditioning module. The input signal which is transformed by A/D is stored into RAM under the control of the microcontroller and the synergistic effect of each module. After the signal waveform data is processed, the controller displays the signal waveform and data. The whole system has the feature of intuition and simplicity, and has good performance of human-computer interaction.
