摘　　要：党的民族文化政策是保护和发展少数民族文化的重要手段。新中国成立以来,党的民族文化政策在云南得到了全方位的贯彻落实。随着国际国内形势的发展变化,党的民族文化政策的实施环境已经发生深刻变化。在此背景下,评价党的民族文化政策在云南的实施效果具有十分重要的现实意义。本文主要关注党的民族文化政策在云南的实施是否符合民族平等团结的总政策,是否促进民族关系的和谐,是否推动民族地区发展和民族自身素质提高。The Party＇s policy for national culture constitutes a safeguard to protect and develop the cultures of all ethnic groups. It has been given a full play in Yunnan since1949. However, with the development in international and domestic situations, a profound change has happened to the environment of the policy. Under such circumstance, it is of great practical significance to assess the effect of the policy implementation in Yunnan. This paper focuses on whether or not the policy complies with the prin- ciple of equality and unity for all the nationalities, develops harmonious ethnic relationships, accelerates the development of the ethnic areas and promotes the quality of the nationalities themselves.
