论新疆锡伯族文学古籍文献的传承与保护

摘　　要：锡伯族是中国世居东北的人口较少的少数民族之一,也是中国唯一至今能够使用满文的少数民族。1764年,4000多名锡伯族军民奉命西迁新疆伊犁时,将一部分满文书籍带到新疆。目前,新疆锡伯族人口4.88万人。在近250多年历史发展进程中,新疆锡伯族在借助满文传承本民族文化的同时,创建了以戍边屯垦为核心内容的充满爱国主义精神的锡伯文化,为后世留下很多文学古籍文献。由于种种原因,这些文学古籍文献大部分已经消失,目前所剩的也都处于濒危状态。新时期以来,国家开始高度关注新疆锡伯族古籍文献的搜集、整理、保护、研究工作,投入资金整理、出版锡伯族文学古籍文献。保护与传承新疆锡伯族文学古籍文献应做好以下工作:做好锡伯族文学古籍文献的普查工作;做好锡伯族文学古籍文献整理、保护和研究队伍的建设;建立锡伯族文学古籍文献保护单位;加大对锡伯族文学古籍文献的专项资金的投入力度;加快推进锡伯族文学古籍文献的修复工作;用现代化的科技手段对锡伯族文学古籍文献进行传承与保护。Xibo nationality, having lived in northeast China for generations, is one Chinese ethnic minority with a small population. It remains as the only ethnic group which can use Manchu in China. In 1764, more than 4000 Xibo soldiers and civilians were ordered to moved westward, taking some Manchu books with themselves, to Yili, Xinjiang. At present, Xinjiang Xibo nationality has a population of 48,000. In its 240-year development process, Xinjiang Xibo Nationality not only passes down its traditional ethnic culture by taking advantage of Manchu, but also have created a patriotic Xibo culture featuring border settlement, leaving a large quantity of classical literature works for the later generations. These literal properties have decreased in number greatly, and the current remaining ones are also in danger. Since the new period, China began to pay close attention to collection, collation, protection, research of classical Xinjiang Xibo literature, and invest in arrangement and publishing of classical Xibo works. How to protect and inherit classical Xinjiang Xibo literature？ Here are six ways according to the author of this paper： to do a good job of its literary census work; to attach more importance to its documentary arrangement, protection and strengthening of the research team; to establish classical literature protection unit; to increase special funds for classical Xibo literary; to accelerate the restoration of classical Xibo literary works; to conduct inheritance and the protection with modem science and technology.
