摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法对体育院校健美操专选生裁判教学的现状进行剖析,揭示当前健美操裁判教学过程中的不足之处,进而明确制定体育院校健美操专选生裁判人才的培养目标及措施,旨在为健美操裁判理论与实践教学环节的革新以及健美操裁判人才的培养提供一个典型的案例。By using the method of literature review and interviews , this paper analyzes sports institutions aerobics teaching condition of the referee , reveal the current inadequacies of the process , and thus clearly established sports colleges aerobics raw talent referee training objectives and measures aimed at the referee theory aerobics and innovation and to develop practical teaching referee talents to provide a typical case .
