基于新农村建设环境下农产品供应链金融模式研究

摘　　要：在我国新农村建设的过程中,原有的金融体系难以有效地保障新农村建设,建立一个合理有效的农村金融体系对于新农村建设势在必行。本文结合我国新农村建设模式设计了"农户+政府+龙头企业+金融机构"和"农户+农产品商贸物流园区+金融机构"两种农产品供应链金融运营模式。农产品供应链金融运模式的研究在解决新农村建设中出现的农户融资问题具有重大意义。In the process of building new countryside, the original financial system is difficult to effectively protect the new rural construction, the establishment of a reasonable and effective rural financial system is imperative for the new rural construction. Combining new rural development mode, this paper designs two agricultural supply chain finance business models, ＂farmer ＋ government ＋ leading enterprises ＋ financial institutions＂ and ＂farmers ＋ agricultural logistics park ＋ financial institutions＂ . The research of agricultural supply chain finance has great significance in solving farmers financmg problems in the new rural construction.
