普外术后患者行肠外营养的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨普外术后患者进行肠外营养补给的临床治疗效果。方法选取在我院就诊的普外术患者共50例,将其分为两组,观察组在手术后进行肠外营养供给,对照组在手术后给患者输入葡萄糖补给,然后观察和比较两组患者手术后营养补给和身体恢复情况。结果观察组患者经过肠外营养供给之后,患者出现并发症的现象要明显低于对照组,并且观察组患者的身体恢复情况也要比对照组好很多。结论手术前后的营养补给能降低手术后并发症的发生率,肠外营养供给对普外手术患者具有重要的作用和意义。Objective To study the general surgery patients in clinical therapeutic effects of parenteral nutrition supply.Methods Select in general surgery patients a total of 50 cases of our hospital, it can be divided into two groups, observation group after surgery for parenteral nutrition supply, the control input glucose supply to patients after surgery, and then observed and compared two groups of patients with nutritional supplement and physical recovery after surgery.Results The observation group of patients after parenteral nutrition supply, the phenomenon of complications in patients with significantly lower than the control group and observation group of patients with body recovery and much better than the control group.Conclusion Nutritional supplements before and after operation can reduce the incidence of complications after the operation, parenteral nutrition plays an important role in general surgery patients and meaning.
